For Students/Parents

1. Unique Home Tutors is a home tutoring marketplace and will assist the finding of a quality home tutor for your child.

2. In consideration of the home tuition provided by the tutor to your child, you agree to pay a predefined amount to the tutor.

3. You be aware of that, to the extent possible, Unique Home Tutors will assist finding a tutor that best suit your child's requirement but it does not guarantee any success of any kind in any examination or test that your child may undertake.

4. You know that you have read and understood Unique Home Tutors refund policy. You understand that in the case where the tutor fails to deliver all or part of the scheduled tuitions, we will assist finding a replacement tutor for your child within a reasonable period of time. In case we are not able to find replacement tutor for your child within 14 working days, we will transfer due amount to your bank account. 

5. You be aware of that home tutors need to be treated with respect and dignity.

6. You be aware of that the final decision to select a particular tutor for your child is yours and yours alone.

7. You know that the tutor will teach your child if and only if at least one parent is present in the house.

8. We will not responsible for any inconvenience, mishappening caused by the tutors.

9. If parent pay the tuition fee directly to tutor in cash then we will not be responsible for that tuition fee.

10. You understand that all information provided is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. 

11. We will not be responsible for any advance payment paid to Tuition Tutor. It is your responsibility to pay the fee to Unique Home Tutors and not to the tutor. 


For Tutors registering with us

  1. You Know that Unique Home Tutors is a home tutoring marketplace and will facilitate through its platform and other resources finding for you such students as who want home tuition in your area of expertise..
  2. As a home tutor, you understand to follow with all applicable laws, exercise of professional competence, care, skill, diligence and prudence as is usually exercised by professionals.
  3. You Know and agree that the relationship between Unique Home Tutors and you will not be considered as an employer and employee relation.
  4. You be aware of that the final decision to select a particular student for tuition is yours and yours alone.
  5. You know and agree that you will teach the student if and only if at least one parent is present in the house.
  6. We will not responsible for any inconvenience, mishappening by the parents.
  7. You understand that All information provided is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified .
  8. You understand that if you agreed to take an assignment, you have to complete it. In unavoidable circumstances you have to give minimum 1 month prior.
  9. You have to arrange demo class within 48 hours of receiving details of Tuition. If this does not happen due to any reason, you have to inform us immediately.
  10. The Employee agrees that he or she will faithfully and to the best of their ability to carry out the duties and responsibilities communicated to them by the Employer. The Employee shall comply with all company policies, rules and procedures at all times.
  11. As a Home Tutor, it is the duty of the Employee to perform all essential job functions and duties from time to time, the Employer may also add other duties within the reasonable scope of the Employee’s work.
  12. It is understood that the first [time frame] of employment constitutes a probationary period. During this time, the Employee is not eligible for paid time off or other benefits. During this time, the Employer also exercises the right to terminate employment at any time without advanced notice.

  14. The Employee has the right to participate in any benefits plans offered by the Employer. Access to these benefits will only be possible after the probationary period has passed.
  15. It is the intention of both parties to form a long and mutually profitable relationship. However, this relationship may be terminated by either party at any time provided before 1 month written notice is delivered to the other party.
  16. As an Employee, you will have access to confidential information that is the property of the Employer. You are not permitted to disclose this information outside of the Company.During your time of Employment with the Employer, you may not engage in any work for another Employer that is related to or in competition with the Company. You will fully disclose to your Employer any other Employment relationships that you have and you will be permitted to seek other employment provided that (a.) it does not detract from your ability to fulfill your duties, and (b.) you are not assisting another organization in competing with the employer.It is further acknowledged that upon termination of your employment, you will not solicit business from any of the Employer’s clients for a period of at least 6 Months.
  17. This contract represents the entire agreement between the two parties and supersedes any previous written or oral agreement. This agreement may be modified at any time, provided the written consent of both the Employer and the Employee.
  18. The Employee agree that he or she is fully authorized to work in India and can provide proof of this with legal documentation. This documentation will be obtained by the Employer for legal records.
  19. The Employee agree to submit Legal Identity Proof Xerox to authorize their identity also 2 blank Cheques.
  20. The parties agree that if any portion of this contract is found to be void or unenforceable, it shall be struck from the record and the remaining provisions will retain their full force and effect.
  21. This contract shall be governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh,Jabalpur. In witness and agreement where of, the Employer has executed this contract with due process through the authorization of official company agents and with the consent of the Employee, given here in writing.
  22. Employee is not being allowed to discuss anything related to fee, however everything is being discussed between the Employer and the guardian.
  23. If you denied to give tuitions on a particular place, you will not contact the guardian/ client upto 6 months of period.
  24. In case, if you need fees in advance you need to submit us a cheque, or else you will get fees by the end of the month.
  25. While giving classes unless there is an emergency you will not use mobile phones and we hope we don’t get complains from parents regarding this. You will get maximum 3 warnings before the company takes some strict actions.
